Depending on where your kid/s have come from...or are at...this may be a good film to watch as a family. It opened the door for lots of conversation over here.

I saw this documentary a while ago and it's one of the best documentaries I've ever seen. It's haunting. I still remember it vividly. I don't have a child with attachment issues (although I have fostered one) but everyone should see it to get a glimpse into what many kids have gone through/continue to go through.
